With over 15 years in recruitment — including 8 years dedicated to AI hiring — I specialise in helping companies build high-impact AI teams through focused, high-quality hiring.

My career has been built around working closely with founders, technical leaders, and growing organisations across Europe and North America. I’ve supported companies scaling from early-stage growth through to enterprise environments, always with a focus on hiring senior talent that drives long-term impact. When you work with alai, you work directly with the founder, not junior recruiters or layered processes ensuring clarity, speed, and a deeper understanding of your business needs.

I believe recruitment should feel like a true partnership. My role is to act as an ally to founders and leaders, helping navigate complex hiring decisions with honesty, market insight, and a focus on quality over volume. I don’t aim to send hundreds of CVs — I deliver carefully selected candidates you can confidently hire.
